I love when you share these little pickings from WWRWW, especially when I feel like it might be something that saves me from all these ugly diagnosis and fistfuls of medications.
Indeed. I read that last night and instantly felt something lift. More than any talk therapy or meetings, or anything else seems to do. It's from the chapter titled "Self-preservation: Identifying Leg Traps, Cages, and Poisoned Bait" (which yes, makes me smile to myself).
